1. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

2. Pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Orders within the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees.

3. Payment
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Shipping
We ship all orders from the United States. Worldwide shipping is available but may be subject to customs and duties may apply. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

5. Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, email support@memorynyc.com with your order number and return/exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent out via a carrier within 48 hours of receiving the return label. Items must be unused and returned in original condition (opened packaging is accepted). Customers are responsible for return shipping and a processing fee for returns and exchanges. Fees will be waived if the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item/issue. We will provide a replacement or refund.

7. Care & Use
Please follow care instructions provided with each item. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
