Returns

To start a return or exchange, please email support@memorynyc.com with your order number and return request within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent out via a carrier within 48 hours of receiving the return label.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: (1) unworn, unused, and unwashed; (2) have original tags attached; and (3) returned in original packaging (opened packaging is acceptable). 

Please note we are not able to process returns or exchanges for orders placed outside the United States.

Final Sale Items
All intimates and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Please email support@memorynyc.com if you would like a size exchange no later than 5 days of receiving your order. Please note a new order may need to be placed for any replacement item(s). 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos to support@memorynyc.com

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of return approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return Fees

  • USA: Flat return shipping rate of $10 USD (deducted from your refund)
  • Return Processing Fee: 5% fee per item (deducted from your refund)
  • Exchange Processing Fee: 2% fee per item (deducted from your refund)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and processing fees will be waived for defective or incorrect items
